What is the standard shipping time for large instruments?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized items like marimbas or timpani, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery, which may extend the timeline by 2-3 days.
Do you offer international shipping for percussion accessories?
Yes, we ship our sticks, mallets, and smaller hardware worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
What is your return policy for drumheads and sticks?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please note that drumheads cannot be returned once they have been seated or tuned, and sticks must show no signs of use.
Are the instruments covered by a manufacturer warranty?
All new instruments sold by Timpano-percussion are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers structural defects but does not include wear-and-tear items like skins or felt mallets.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For schools and institutions, we also offer purchase order (PO) billing options upon approval.
