Dragonfly Percussion Glockenspiel Mallets Celeste Rattan

Same design as the fiberglass “Celeste” stick but with a heavier core (same core as 1BR).  Warm, yet clear, the rubber layer takes the edge off the hard phenolic surface of the core.  Great for tons of playing where blend and warmth are the goal—Waldweben, Sleeping Beauty, La Mer, etc.  Really gives your glock a celeste-like sound.  This also makes an excellent xylo stick— dark and slightly two-toned.  Try it on the soft trill excerpt from Medea.
